River City Brewers Festival

Join us for the 1st Annual Memphis River City Brewers Festival which will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010 with two (2) available tasting sessions at 12pm and 6 pm in downtown Memphis to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Entertainment will be provided by some of the best local bands in Memphis. The Mighty Electric St. Jude band will take stage at 12:30pm and Mud Flap Kings at 6:30pm.

Pouring more than 70 different flavors of beers, the River City Brewers Festival will be the quintessential celebration of craft beer! There's no better place to sip suds with friends, enjoy live music, and live it up in Memphis' legendary Handy Park. Each ticket holder will sample fantastic beer that isn't normally available in Memphis! Admission includes samples from the best local, regional, national, and import breweries in the world all in your handy souvenir mug sponsored by River City Management Group.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is internationally recognized for its pioneering work in finding cures and saving children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. St. Jude is the first and only pediatric cancer center to be designated as a Comprehensive Cancer Center by theNational Cancer Institute. Founded by late entertainer Danny Thomas and based in Memphis, Tenn., St. Jude freely shares its discoveries with scientific and medical communities around the world. St. Jude is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for treatment not covered by insurance. No child is ever denied treatment because of the family's inability to pay. Participants must be 21 years of age and purchase tickets via the website at www.rivercitybrewersfestival.com. Entry Fee is $30 with a portion of proceeds going to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
