The first event, Art for Heart, will take place April 20 from 5 – 9 p.m. and will showcase artwork from highly acclaimed and up and coming artists. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association. Tickets for the event are $50 in advance or $65 at the door. On April 22, the Go Red For Women Ladies Night Out Symposium will feature a first ever Memphis Top Chef competition with healthy heart cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, breakout sessions, health screenings, Q & A with physicians, dinner, testimonials from heart survivors and a keynote address given by motivational speaker, Fields Rose. The symposium is from 5 – 10 p.m. and tickets are $100 and $125 at the door. Both events will take place at the Harrah’s Entertainment Office Building, located at 1023 Cherry Rd.
