VOLUNTEER MIDSOUTH TO PARTY FIESTA STYLE
10TH ANNUAL SUMMER IN THE CITY ANNOUNCED
Memphis, TN (July 1, 2009) – Volunteer Mid-South will host the 10th Annual Summer in the City party at Chickasaw Oaks Village, 3092 Poplar Avenue and this year’s theme is Fiesta!
The fun begins at 7:00pm on August 8, 2009. Tickets are $35 and may be purchased online at www.volunteermidsouth.org, by calling the Volunteer Mid-South office at 523-2425 extension 204 or in person the day of the event.
The price of admission includes an assortment of outstanding Mexican hors d’ oeuvres, margaritas by Stinky Gringo, select beer, wine and fruit tea, and live dancing by professional Salsa dancers, Godwin and Gitana! Most importantly, there will be a silent auction to help Volunteer Mid-South’s funding efforts to develop, promote and support volunteerism in and around the Memphis area.
